Two Different Levels of Engineering Review
Early RFQ feedback can identify obvious missing information or manufacturability concerns. A formal DFM package is a controlled project deliverable based on an identified CAD revision, resin assumptions and the proposed tooling approach. Formal flow simulation is a separate analytical scope and is not included automatically.

Geometry
- Is draft sufficient for the proposed texture and ejection?
- Are wall transitions, ribs and bosses likely to create appearance or shrinkage risks?
- Which undercuts need slides, lifters, inserts or redesign?
Mold Concept
- Where can the parting line, gate and ejector evidence be accepted?
- What shutoffs or thin steel conditions need attention?
- How will inserts, vents and service features be accessed?
Part Performance
- Which interfaces and dimensions are critical?
- How will material, fiber orientation or weld regions affect use?
- What requires assembly or functional validation?

The quotation can define an annotated DFM document, action list, mold-concept notes, flow-study questions and review meeting. The exact simulation modules and report format must be named when formal Moldflow analysis is requested.

We recommend manufacturing actions; the customer retains responsibility for product design approval, intended use and regulatory obligations. Changes are recorded against the identified model revision.
When decisions close, the program can move into mold manufacturing under the project-gate process.
